How it works
Who this is for / not for
This page is for people who want to understand what happens after they submit a request and how we connect them to partners. It is not a substitute for reading each partner’s terms and conditions.
Decision summary
A qualified request is a completed form that captures your profile, business model, banking and payments needs, and docs readiness. We use it to show you a request summary and to route you to relevant partner types (formation, accounting, banking introducers, PSP consultants). You are not committed to any partner until you engage them directly.
Banking & payments reality
We do not set partner prices or SLAs. Each partner has its own fees and timelines. We focus on fit and readiness; see Partner standards for how we vet partners and what you can expect from them.
FAQ
- What is a qualified request?
- A multi-step form that captures your profile (residency/nationality optional), business model, geographies, projected turnover, banking and payments needs, timeline and budget range, and docs readiness. The output is a request summary and routing to relevant partner types.
- Do I have to use a partner you suggest?
- No. You are free to use any provider. We only facilitate introductions when you request them.
- How are partners chosen?
- We vet partners against criteria in Partner standards (e.g. licensing, compliance stance, no hype). We remove partners who breach those standards or generate valid complaints.
- What can I expect after I submit a request?
- You will see a request summary. Depending on your answers, we route to formation, accounting, banking introducers, or PSP consultants. Partners may contact you according to their own process; we do not guarantee response times or outcomes.
