Partner verification & standards
Who this is for / not for
This page is for users choosing any provider (whether or not through us) and for partners and referrers who want to understand our bar for inclusion and how we handle complaints.
Decision summary
We vet partners before listing them. Here we set out the criteria we use, how we handle quality and complaints, and removal triggers. We also give you a short checklist for choosing any provider.
Banking & payments reality
Vetted partner criteria (summary): demonstrable licensing or equivalent where required; a clear compliance stance (no secrecy or evasion); no hype or guarantees in marketing; transparent about fees and process. We may require references or evidence of delivery.
Common failure points / red flags
Removal triggers: breach of our standards; failure to address valid complaints; regulatory action; misleading or non-compliant advice. We do not allow partners to pay to be listed above others; listing order is not for sale.
FAQ
- How do you verify partners?
- We check licensing or equivalent where applicable, review public material for compliance tone (no secrecy or evasion), and may ask for references or evidence. We do not audit every file or client.
- What if I have a complaint about a partner?
- Contact us with the details. We will look into serious or repeated complaints and may remove a partner or require them to address the issue. We do not act as a legal or regulatory arbiter.
- Can partners pay to be listed?
- Partners do not pay for listing or for position. We may later monetize via per-lead, CPA, or rev share when you choose to be introduced; that does not change the order or inclusion of partners.
- User checklist for choosing any provider?
- Check they are licensed where required; read their terms and fee structure; ask for a clear process and timeline; avoid anyone who promises secrecy or guarantees; use our Bankability checklist to prepare your docs.
